WHOLESALE

Our primary goal is to bring unique and beautiful products from artisans all over the world to North America, as well as build sustainable trading relationships based on mutual respect, cultural curiosity and shared aspirations. 

 

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT APPLICATION

Wholesale accounts are available to retail stores of any size that are interested in offering fair trade products. Products must be purchased for the purpose of resale to the public.

To open a wholesale account with Artisan Emporia, please email us with the following information: name, store name, store address, phone number and your Re-Sale certificate (Form ST-120) or Tax Identification Number (TIN). 

Upon verification of a retailers TIN, Artisan Emporia will email you a full wholesale policy and price list of products available for wholesale purchase. Products available are pictured online. Please note that due to varying artisan production capacities, certain products pictured online may not be available for wholesale purchase.

 

BULK & CUSTOM ORDERS

Most products pictured online are offered on a bulk or custom basis. A bulk order consists of an order of 50 or more pieces of the same item number. To request a price quote for bulk orders, please send an email to

info@artisanemporia.com with your name, contact information, product name, quantity and date needed of all products you are interested in. If you would like the item customized in some way, please also include a brief description of this requirement in your email.

All bulk orders must be prepaid. Please note Artisan Emporia does not carry large amounts of stock of each product due to producer capacities; most bulk orders will be custom orders. 

A 50% deposit at time of order is required for all custom orders. The 50% balance is due once production is complete and before the order ships to the customer.

Bulk and custom price quotes are valid for 10 business days.

Bulk and custom orders are non-returnable unless defective/damaged. Defective/damaged merchandise should be reported to Artisan Emporia within 5 business days of customer receipt of package.
